We all want to achieve and be the best we possibly can be. Yet how many of us take the time to get our minds working for us rather than against us?
This 1-hour recording I did with two of my sons, is filled with “gold nuggets” to help you achieve your goals in 2015. I have been a mental performance coach for many years, getting extraordinary results. What you will discover on this call that it is not “rocket science” or complicated to achieve your desired outcomes. It is more about “committed persistent action.” However, as you will learn in this recording “that which is easy to do, is easy not to do.”
I am fully aware there are many reasons NOT to take the time to listen to this recording. For instance:
- I don’t have the time, I am too busy to grow and be more successful.
- I know this stuff all ready.
- It doesn’t matter how many success stories I hear from people using these mental tools, it just doesn’t work for me.
- What is the cost? There is always a price to pay.
- It just isn’t that important to me. When I have more time I will look into this.
Our mind is powerful and always working overtime keeping us stuck in our paradigms and conditional habits. Because in reality our sub-conscience mind wants to “keep us comfortable” in what it is most familiar with. And these supposed excuses actually sound reasonable to us, so we stay stuck and struggle to live the life we desire.
It takes practice and deep true desire to get your sub-conscience mind to get familiar with you winning at a higher level. The more I work as a mental performance coach (now for over 20 years and thousands of hours studying how to achieve your desired outcomes) the more I find that the same stopping points for most people are the same as the 5 points mentioned above.
- I don’t have the time.
- I don’t have the money.
- I already know this stuff.
- This doesn’t work.
- This isn’t important.
Most say they want something, yet their actions show it really isn’t as important to them as they think. It is one thing to know something, and another to live that which you know. Get there fast by going slow. Achieve more by taking the time to train your brain to win. Yes you heard it right – train your brain. Get your brain familiar with your desires, so it supports you in achieving those goals of yours.
Success and failure are a direct result of your daily habits – so create winning habits to elevate your life – beginning now.
Listen to this recording for the entire hour without any judgements. Set an intention to get at least one new winning habit that will be a “game changer” for you (or not). Maybe NOT advancing in your life is serving you better than any dream or desire you have. After all, it is your choice and you can choose to do nothing at all – and let outside circumstances control your life – or become a “creator” who takes the time each day to get in the “right mindset” to win at the highest level.
